Ken Sposato Honored on the Wall of the Fallen
In October 2025, our own Ken Sposato was officially inducted onto the Wall of the Fallen at the International Towing & Recovery Hall of Fame & Museum in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The memorial honors tow operators who lost their lives in the line of duty, including Ken, who was struck and killed on U.S. Highway 27 while assisting a disabled vehicle.
The ceremony brought together towing professionals from across the country, along with Ken’s family, friends, and members of the SWFL towing community. His name was added to the memorial wall alongside others who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving on the roadside.
This tribute ensures that Ken’s service will not be forgotten and reinforces the ongoing need for public awareness of Move Over laws and roadside safety.
A Call for Greater Awareness and Action
Ken’s induction onto the Wall of the Fallen is not only a memorial — it’s a mandate. Roadside tragedies like his are preventable, and his legacy now stands as a visible reminder of the dangers tow operators face every day. In the months following Ken’s death, efforts to strengthen Florida’s Move Over Law have gained momentum, with increased enforcement and broader public outreach underway. The commitment moving forward is clear: no more names on the wall. Every driver shares responsibility for protecting those who work on the roadside. Slow down. #MoveOverForKen
