PJ Crews
A strong communicator and leader in his industry, PJ Crews specializes in Construction and Governmental sales with Everglades Equipment Group. His knowledge and dedication has earned him multiple awards, including Construction Sales Representative of the Year for the past four years.
Highly invested in SW Florida youth, PJ regularly volunteers, coaching both softball and flag football. He also supports the Hendry and Glades 4H youth livestock organizations and the valuable opportunities and benefits they provide.
PJ brings his strong communication and mentorship skills to the SW Florida Heroes Foundation and the recipients of our services. For many, receiving support and encouragement from a mentor or coach is exactly what’s needed to help them take that next step toward success.

TONY BARNES
As the Director of IT Operations with US Sugar, a BS in Computer Information Systems, an AA in Agribusiness, and a 22 year employment history with the same company, Tony Barnes provides an example of consistency and dedication to the individuals and families of the SW FL Heroes Foundation.
Along with his work with the Heroes Foundation, Tony is a coach as well as an active board member of the Labelle Little League.
“The most rewarding part of being involved with the SWFL Heroes Foundation is seeing the reaction on the applicant’s face when they receive a check from the foundation. I look forward to hearing the success stories from all participants that the foundation provides help to.”

Cory Raborn
Cory Raborn is the President of Precision Land Management, Inc, a Florida based construction company.
Cory earned his Structural Engineering degree from the University of South Florida and brings his determination and business strengths to the Heroes Foundation as he helps individuals reach their full potential.

Kenneth Sposato
Ken Sposato, owner of Cape Coral Towing & Recovery of Cape Coral, Florida and Stonewall Towing & Recovery of Labelle, Florida, is a long time community supporter and advocate for change in the lives of others.
Always ready to provide assistance when needed, Ken has been actively involved in the emergency resource deliveries to the Pine Island community post-hurricane Ian as well as his direct work with the SW FL Heroes Foundation.

Michael Scott
Michael Scott is an attorney and Junior Partner with Dorsey Law Firm. With a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and a Bachelors of Science (B.S.) in Business Management with a Focus in Entrepreneurship, Michael provides support & mentorship to the recipients of our services and their families.
Michael is also an avid supporter of the Glades County Youth Livestock Show, Inc., and Hendry County Fair and Youth Livestock Show, Inc.

STEPHANIE Sposato
Stephanie Sposato, Real Estate Broker and owner of Weatherford Realty Group, based in Labelle, Florida, is a strong leader who is always ready to help her community.
Along with her active involvement in the SW FL Heroes Foundation, Stephanie has been an integral part of the business partners and community leaders delivering fuel, supplies, food and resources to the post-hurricane area of Pine Island, Florida.

Ayman Kaki
As the owner of K&M Drugs, Ayman has demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication to our SWFL community.
Raised in Clewiston and a Doctorate in Pharmacy graduate from Nova Southeastern University, Ayman’s entrepreneurial journey began when he and his brothers established the first K&M Drugs locations. Inspired by his parents’ work ethic and community values, Ayman remains committed to giving back to the community.

Jeremy Sposato
Jeremy Sposato is a seasoned business owner with over 27 years of experience in real estate development and residential construction. He is the founder and owner of Sposen Signature Homes and affiliated construction companies, through which he has built over 700 homes for local families across Southwest Florida.
In 2025, Jeremy joined the board of the SWFL Heroes Foundation, stepping into the role previously held by his late brother, Ken Sposato. Ken’s dedication to the foundation’s mission left a lasting impact, and Jeremy is honored to continue his legacy.
Residing in Buckingham, Florida, Jeremy maintains a balanced life, sharing his home with three horses. His commitment to both his professional endeavors and personal passions reflects his dedication to community and service.
