Auction Participation
The live auction will take place during the VIP Dinner.
Participation is limited to Event Sponsors and VIP Dinner Ticket holders.
HOW TO BID
Guests who wish to bid must leave a credit card on file to receive an auction paddle
Only guests with a paddle may bid
- Each live auction experience will be awarded individually to the highest bidder
AUCTION ITEM DETAILS
Most live auction items will be explained live during the event. Items with additional details are outlined below.
South African Plains Game Safari
Two separate South African Plains Game Safari experiences will be offered as individual live auction items.
Each trip is awarded separately and includes different group sizes and durations.
Please review the details for each safari below.
5-Day Safari for 2 Hunters
Each Custom Eland Safaris South African Rifle or Bow Hunting Safari Includes:
- 5 Full Hunting Days with Tracker
- One Impala Male per hunter
- 2×1 PH to Hunter ratio (free upgrade to 1×1 when you bring an observer)
- All the transport in the hunting area
- Field preparation of Trophies
- Luxury lodging at Eland Safaris Camp
- 3 meticulously South African meals per day
- Wine and beer in moderation
- Laundry done daily
- Assistance with having your trophies mounted in South Africa if you choose and assistance with a Broker in the States to help with importing of Trophies
- Assistance with SAPS Form 520 (South Africa Temporary Firearms Import Permit application
This Safari does not include: Trophy fees for animals harvested or wounded and lost (exclusive of the impala included per hunter), airfare, accommodation before or after the hunt, dip and pack, Taxidermy or trophy export costs, SAPS 520-gun permit application ($200), gratuities, observers or non-hunters ($250/day), Transportation from Airport to Camp And back ($600.00 per group round trip).
This South African Safari hunt donation is for Two (2) hunters and is valid for the current or following season.
A non-refundable deposit of $1,250 per hunter to confirm the hunt.
The deposit will be applied to trophies taken. We will ask the hunt winner to sign a liability waiver.This donation is not refundable and are transferable to someone else.
7-Day Safari for 4 Hunters
Each Custom Eland Safaris South African Rifle or Bow Hunting Safari Includes:
- 7 Full Hunting Days with Tracker
- One Impala Male per hunter and One Impala Female per hunter
- 2×1 PH to Hunter ratio (free upgrade to 1×1 when you bring an observer)
- All the transport in the hunting area
- Field preparation of Trophies
- Luxury lodging at Eland Safaris Camp
- 3 meticulously South African prepared meals per day
- Wine and beer in moderation
- Laundry done daily
- Assistance with having your trophies mounted in South Africa if you choose and assistance with a Broker in the States to help with importing of Trophies
- Assistance with SAPS Form 520 (South Africa Temporary Firearms Import Permit application)
